Solve the illegal immigration through legalization first for the North American  continent: open the borders with USA and register, extend legal status to current illegal aliens. It precedes the annexation of Canada and Mexico to the United States. It is impractical and unfeasible to deport illegal immigrants, it’s costly and no wall (if  built!) would stop them. Adequate superstructure and approach will solve the problem. And more it will save USA from the danger of being turned into USNA. It should be addressed in a preemptive strike way, expand the size of USA or face the alternative of USNA. This issue will not go away if not addressed. Follow Lou Dobbs advice to raise the wages to motivate US legals to take the jobs stolen by the illegals. Provide them both with capital in the form of loans to start businesses and be productive . Register the illegal immigrants and tax them. Retroactively, or make them pay a participation (integration) fee, and currently. Not giving tax benefits to illegal immigrants. Annexation through taxation. Motivate (enrol) them to participate in the movement of the annexation of their previous country to United States. Like American Cubans against Castro regime in Cuba. Convey in them the notion that they will maintain their states/provinces names a part of the United States and gain representation in U.S. government. The annexation of Mexico will kick off the annexation of the North and the South to the United States. Just like there are midwestern and southwestern states there will be Mexican  and Canadian states. The safest border is the ocean, the individual movement on land may be monitored by
